Using the site
By using methane.land you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Screening estimates, not advice
- The process drawing, the power screen and the summaries of flaring and royalty rules are general information. The power screen is an energy balance run on the numbers you enter. It is not an offer, an appraisal, a price quote or an engineering study.
- Rules and compliance dates change. Check the current text of any rule before relying on it.
- Our Landmen LLC works as independent landmen. We are not attorneys or engineers and nothing on this site is legal or engineering advice.
Sending a request
Sending the form doesn't create an engagement or any obligation on either side. Whether we take on work, and for whom, is decided after we read the request. Sending a request does not create a confidentiality agreement, so leave trade secrets out.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape or bulk-copy the site with automated tools.
- Don't send false, misleading or spam requests.
- Don't probe or try to break the site's security.
- Don't impersonate anyone.
